Torbay Property Finder understands that all Landlords are different and the level of service you require depends on how much participation you are looking for from us. You may just want us to find you a tenant and you will take care of the rest (Let Only) where we would conduct all the viewings and carry out all the relevant reference checks and prepare the tenancy.

You may want us to continue beyond that point by collecting the monthly rent and dealing with the property management. Leaving you to sit back and relax while we deal with any problems that may crop up from time to time, saving you a considerable amount of time and stress along the way.

Communication is key to successfully managing any property and we are always at the end of the phone should you need us.
